Acephate provides contact and stomach poisoning, while imidacloprid offers systemic protection.
The combination provides both systemic activity (absorbed by the plant and transported throughout) and contact activity (kills insects upon contact).
Applicable to various crops, including cotton, rice, vegetables, fruits, and other field crops.
Controls pests like aphids, jassids, thrips, whiteflies, bollworms, brown plant hoppers, and leaf folders.

Mode of Action: systemic and contact insecticide

This insecticide is a systemic, contact, and stomach poison. It inhibits the enzyme acetylcholinesterase in the nervous system of insects, leading to paralysis and death.

Target Crops: Rice, Cotton, Cereals, Maize, Sugar Beet, Potato, Vegetables, Citrus Fruits, Pome Fruit & Stone fruit.

Method and Time of Application:

Acephate 50% + Imidacloprid 1.8% SP is recommended as foliar spray.
It should be applied at recommended dose at initial stage of infestation.
Add recommended quantity in a small quantity of water and mix well with stirring.
Add remaining recommended water and spray.
